Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring a Process Operator at our Batley site. The role requires following clear instructions, maintaining quality, and keeping equipment on track in a fast-paced environment focused on hygiene and safety.

You will work with experienced colleagues in a supportive team, developing a broad range of manufacturing skills and gaining exposure to different production areas. Rotating dayshift with a fixed Monday-Friday pattern and hours from 7:00 to 14:30 or 14:30 to 22:00.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and numeracy; follow safety procedures and perform simple calculations.
• High attention to detail; monitor processes and record checks accurately.
• Hygiene and safety focused; able to work with machinery with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust ovens, moulders, cream mixers, and enrobers to maintain quality.
• Check recipes, programs and safety guards before start-up.
• Monitor conveyors, refill hoppers, maintain chocolate flow, report issues early.
• Carry out regular quality checks and keep the workspace clean and safe.
