Job description

We are looking for Food Production Operatives.

Basic pay rate is £12.21 per hour.

OT pay rate is £15.26 per hour.

Location: Willand.

Immediate start.

No experience needed.

Shift: 05:30 to 14:30 or 05:00 to 15:15 or 05:00 to 17:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 or 15:30 to 00:00.

Temp or perm opportunities after 12 weeks.

The Role

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as follows:

1. Packing of customer product as per required specification.
2. Basic quality checks of product.
3. General production duties.
4. Some lifting of product.
5. Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to.
6. To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements.
7. This is a fast-moving environment; all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times.
8. General duties outlined by your shift supervisor.

About You

As a Food Production Operative, you will have the following skills and experience:
