The Role: What's the job?

At our CertainTeed facility in Plymouth, WI, we manufacture ceiling tiles and panels. We foster an environment that is open, creative, and engaging, complemented by comprehensive training and development programs to support your manufacturing career.

• Compensation: Starting wage of $20.60/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential for third shift
• Additional Bonus: Eligibility for quarterly bonus programs
• Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 pm - 7:00 am, with overtime as scheduled on Sundays
• Safety: Comprehensive safety training with SOPs and work instructions
• Career Growth: Opportunities for development and advancement

Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and employee handbook rules
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping; identify and suggest improvements
• Rotate through feeding, stacking, and offloading tasks, maintaining production rates
• Monitor machinery during breaks, following SOPs
• Set up production equipment according to established settings
• Ensure product quality standards are met
• Use Continuous Improvement tools to detect and resolve issues
• Accurately track and complete production work metrics
