Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting for a Food Production Operative on Days for the Northampton area, working at a leading sandwich manufacturer. The role involves ensuring ingredients are correctly positioned, following safety systems, and assisting in a clean, safe workplace. On-site start available with immediate start options.

Shifts are 06:00–14:30, with overtime after 42 hours and pay £13.75 per hour plus £17.19 OT. Benefits include weekly pay, pension, and 28 holidays per year.

Details:

DAY SHIFT

13.75 per hour /

17.19 per OT hour

Shift Patterns:

• 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends


• Shift hours: 06:00 - 14:30


• Overtime available after 42 hours


• 20-minute tea break and 30-minute unpaid meal break
