Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group Limited in Scunthorpe is recruiting a permanent Machine Minder for the Wholebird department, operating on a rotating shift pattern. The role focuses on keeping downtime to a minimum while driving delivery, yields, waste and quality in the area.

The successful candidate will carry out asset care, support the Engineering function, and communicate with Managers, Section Leaders, Team Leaders and Engineers to keep the area running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Good observational skills.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent team working skills.
• Ability to follow and understand tasks required to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Minimise production downtime to meet department KPI by coordinating with production and Engineering.
• Liaise with staff at all levels to maintain good cross‑department relationships.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met in the area.
