Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is seeking a First Line Manager (Food Manufacturing) for the Wholebird department (A shift). You will report to the Shift Manager, lead 4 direct reports and ~40 indirect reports, and own line output across several lines, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top quality standards.

Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is essential; training will be provided for those without a food background.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing and leading a team.
• Confident, motivated leader with a focus on quality.
• Willing to coach and develop staff through training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to meet daily KPIs and customer expectations.
• Own production line output and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain line discipline and follow production plans.
