2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is seeking a permanent Machine Minder to join the Wholebird department on a rotating shift pattern. The role operates and drives its area to be best in class, working with production to maintain delivery, yields, waste and quality.

You will carry out Asset Care maintenance to improve reliability, support Engineering, and communicate with Managers, Section Leaders, Team Leaders and Engineers to keep the area efficient.

• Ability to follow and understand tasks required to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the specific area to be best in class, ensuring delivery, yields, waste and quality.
• Carry out Asset Care maintenance to improve reliability of equipment and support Engineering.
• Communicate with Managers, Section Leaders, Team Leaders and Engineers to maintain area efficiency.
• Plan workload with production and Engineering to minimise downtime.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards within the team.
