2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a General Operative to join the Amber team at Willand site in Devon. The role involves working to precise cutting hall functions, health and safety compliance, and contributing to production targets on a fast-paced line.

The position is based on site with shift patterns starting early mornings, offering development opportunities and employee benefits. Training will be provided to perform duties safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow training and maintain quality standards.
• Good hygiene and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out required functions in the cutting hall after training.
• Perform general operative duties on the production line as required.
• Maintain health and safety standards and safe working environment.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and the clean-as-you-go philosophy.
• Minimise waste and ensure high standards of personal hygiene.
