Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting General Operatives for the Amber Foods Willand site to support production on the line. You will ensure health and safety, maintain GMP standards and contribute to meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers training, ongoing development, and a structured work pattern with shifts from 15:25 to 23:55, Monday to Friday, at £13.26 per hour. Training will be provided to learn knife handling and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a knife or willing to learn – full training will be provided
• To work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all colleagues and Management staff
• Meet all customer requirements & meet the standards expected

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines

• General operative duties on the line as required
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in accordance with Company Policy and all relevant documentation
• Ensure GMP practices are adhered to and promote clean-as-you-go hygiene
• Support production targets by maintaining a steady work rate and awareness of hazards
