Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Picker for a food production warehouse. The role involves accurate picking with handheld scanners, using WMS to process orders, and operating ride-on trucks. You will move stock safely, lift 12–15kg boxes, and work to KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a Temp-to-Perm path with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00. Immediate start available and ongoing warehouse work with long-term potential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in warehouse picking.
• Comfortable using scanners and WMS.
• Familiar with PPT / ride-on trucks, or willing to learn.
• Proactive, observant and reliable.
• Physically fit and comfortable regularly lifting 12–15kg
• Able to work at pace and consistently meet targets
• Have a good understanding of English

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated by achieving KPIs and productivity targets

WAREHOUSE PICKER / FOOD PRODUCTION

Pay: £12.71
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

THE ROLE

We are currently looking for proactive, reliable and hardworking Warehouse Pickers to join a busy warehouse operation on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will be responsible for accurately picking stock using handheld scanners and WMS, while working efficiently to achieve daily productivity and KPI targets.

This is a fast-paced and physically active role, ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in getting the job done accurately and efficiently.
