We are seeking a Food Packaging Development Manager to join a multinational food manufacturer in London. This role involves leading packaging development projects, working closely with technical, marketing, and operational teams to innovate and improve packaging solutions, and ensuring compliance with legislative standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering packaging programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Managing packaging specifications and implementation processes.
• Supporting site operations and developing new packaging formats and innovations.
• Creating project documentation, including timelines and risk assessments.
• Providing technical expertise for procurement and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and maintaining packaging specifications and standards.
