Qualifikationen

• Have previous laboratory experience (essential).
• Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Able to follow procedures accurately and record results clearly.
• Reliable, motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Interest in science, food technology or laboratory-based work.
• Aged 18 or over.

Aufgaben

• Testing raw materials used within food production
• Carrying out product quality testing
• Recording and reporting test results accurately
• Preparing samples for analysis
• Maintaining laboratory cleanliness and following strict hygiene procedures
• Following laboratory procedures and food safety standards
• Supporting the wider Quality team as required
