Title: Food, Health & Safety Manager
Location: London (with occasional requirements to be in Birmingham)
Salary: up to £50k
We are looking for an experienced food, health & safety professional seeking a new challenge. As the on-site Food, Health & Safety Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role in ensuring that our health, safety and food safety standards are consistently met and exceeded.
Based at our central London location near Farringdon and with responsibility for the location in Birmingham, you will play a key role in embedding a culture of safety and compliance.

Qualifications
NEBOSH Certificate and Level 4 Food Safety (required)
BSc or MSc in Environmental Health (desired)
Proven experience in health & safety or food safety within hospitality or contract catering
Strong understanding of HACCP, allergen management, and relevant health & safety legislation
Excellent communication and coaching skills, with ability to influence teams at all levels
Proficient in using digital compliance tools and systems
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
