• Frontline role in a high-traffic retail environment.

• Able to use in-store digital tools to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star service at pace and help customers with product information.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to locate products and complete transactions.
• Work flexibly across store areas to meet changing customer demand.
• Remain calm and focused in a busy store during peak periods.
