Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace and assisting customers with product knowledge and recommendations.

You will work early shifts (04:00-08:00) across Monday, Tuesday and Saturday, stay digitally confident using Sparks App and in-store devices, and adapt across store areas to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Frontline role in M&S Food department; deliver five-star service.
• Able to work flexible shifts including early mornings.
• Digitally confident; use Sparks App and in-store devices.

Responsibilities
