Job Opportunity: Food Development Technologist

Are you passionate about food and eager to develop, test, and bring delicious new products to market? Join a well-established commercial food product manufacturer and supplier as a Food Development Technologist.

Salary & Location

• Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
• Location: Milton Keynes

Role Details

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

The Role

In this role, you will collaborate with kitchen development technologists to create new food products for supermarkets and clients. Your tasks include developing products that taste great, scaling them for mass production after customer approval, and conducting trials, testing tolerances, and ensuring product consistency and quality.

The position involves both hands-on factory work, collecting data, and documenting it for further product development.

Qualifications

We are seeking either recent graduates in a food-related discipline or individuals with relevant experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment. HACCP / Food Safety Training is required.
