Job summary

Upham Inn in the United Kingdom is seeking Food & Beverage Team Members to join a high‑volume, guest‑facing operation. You’ll welcome guests, take food and drink orders, process cash and card payments, and contribute to an outstanding service standard.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age due to licensing laws.
• Must be a great communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of food, wine and beer is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
• Taking food and drink orders and handling cash/card payments.
• Serving hot & cold beverages including alcohol.
• Ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Assisting with managerial requests and daily operations.
• Looking after guests throughout their experience and balancing high volume with high quality.
