Fiskars is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member for a fixed-term contract to help deliver a luxury guest experience at Wedgwood. You will welcome guests, maintain the brand’s service standards, and support events and enquiries across the site.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, professional, well-presented and capable of working as part of a team. Hospitality experience is welcome, but quick learners with a passion for service are encouraged to apply.

Food & Beverage Team Member (Fixed Term Contract)

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you'll play an important part in creating the ultimate luxury experience for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you'll be one of the friendly faces welcoming visitors, providing exceptional service and helping to make their time with us truly memorable.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming and looking after our guests with a warm, friendly approach
• Delivering the high standards of service associated with the Wedgwood brand
• Building positive relationships with guests and creating a memorable experience
• Supporting exciting events, conferences and activities across the site
• Assisting with bookings and general enquiries
• Helping to maintain a welcoming, professional and beautifully presented environment

You don't need to have worked in a luxury environment before - what matters most to us is your enthusiasm, personality and passion for great customer service. Ideally, you'll have previous hospitality experience, but we're also happy to hear from quick learners who are keen to develop their skills.
