Brocket Hall (UK) Ltd is seeking experienced Food & Beverage team members to join our hospitality team across the Clubhouse, private events and other areas of the Brocket Hall estate. You will deliver a consistent and welcoming service to members, guests and event clients, working across restaurant, bar and events settings.

Ideal candidates enjoy providing high-quality service, understand premium hospitality operations, and are keen to develop their knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Providing professional table and drinks service.
• Taking orders accurately and using EPOS systems.
• Setting up and preparing restaurant, bar and event areas.
• Serving food and beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Understanding menus, allergens and dietary requirements.
• Communicating confidently with members and guests.
• Handling guest requests and resolving straightforward service issues.
• Working efficiently during busy services and events.
