The Eclipse Hotels Group is hiring a Food & Beverage Service Team Member at Holiday Inn Bristol Airport. You will greet guests, present meals, serve drinks, and maintain high standards of service across the restaurant, bar, room service and meetings spaces.

We value warm hospitality, attentiveness to dietary needs, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Create a warm welcome to every guest and set the tone for their dining experience.
• Present each meal with visual appeal and ensure quality in taste.
• Deliver high-standard service across Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Meetings & Events.
• Know menus and products; assist guests with questions about ingredients and allergens.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, accommodating guest preferences.
• Identify and greet VIP guests.

• Create a warm welcome to everyone and set the tone for each of our guests’ experience.
• Present each meal that is a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds.
• With your own signature flare, you’ll be turning our high standards into memorable service for
  each one of our guests, whether this be in our Restaurant, Bar, Room Service or Meetings & Events.
• Know your menus and products, our guests may ask questions about ingredients and allergens - be prepared to answer!
• Prepare and serve drinks to our high standards, whilst taking into consideration each guest requirement.
• Be able to identify our VIP guests.

• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
