Job summary

Loughview Leisure Group is looking for daytime and evening/weekend food and beverage staff to support events and our bar/restaurant outlets at Paradise Walk. Shifts include 7am breakfast and late-evening service around 2am, ideal for early birds or night owls.

Ideal candidates communicate well, enjoy guest service, and can work across all F&B areas. NVQ/in-house training is provided; staff enjoy Hilton Go discounts with Hilton worldwide. Join our team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Right to work in UK
• Good understanding of English language
• must be age 18+
• available to work across a 7 day week
• 6 months food and beverage experience

Responsibilities

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy customer focused environment.
• Ability to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events desirable
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner-following policy for customer details
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
• Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
• Strive to achieve departmental targets
• Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
• Compliance with cash handling procedures
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene/cleaning in restaurant/back of house areas
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Comply with local licensing laws
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Compliance with company grooming standards
• Compliance with company phone policy
• Compliance with company smoking policy
• Compliance with food hygiene regulations
• Awareness of food allergens and follow company procedures
• Any other reasonable management instructions
