Job summary

Upham Inn is seeking energetic Food & Beverage Team Members to join our busy pub and restaurant in the UK. You will welcome guests, take orders, handle payments, and serve a range of beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

We value great communicators with a positive attitude who can work flexibly, including weekends and holidays. A development pathway to General Manager awaits high-potential team members, with generous staff perks and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older due to licensing laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making abilities and confidence.
• Must be organised and reliable.
• General knowledge of food, wine and beer.
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
