Job description

Hilton is the world's most recognised hospitality brand and the largest upscale hotel operator in Greater London. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Team Member to join our team at the ‘Doubletree by Hilton in Kensington’. This is a prestigious 4-star property located in bustling Kensington.

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will ensure that the restaurant and bar operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. You are responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you will create memories as delightful as the dishes.

Your day-to-day
  1. Welcome guests, recommend food and drink, and keep service on track and up to standard.
  2. Be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and guests to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.
  3. Maintain a visible presence within the outlet to promptly respond to customer requests and queries, and use feedback from complaints to improve future service.
  4. Handle guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  5. Serve all products according to Hilton standards.
  6. Keep the restaurant areas clean and orderly at all times.
  7. Ensure billing accuracy.
  8. Demonstrate knowledge of all-day menu items and daily specials.
  9. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation.
  10. Work safely and report hazards, accidents, or damages to management.
