Job Responsibilities

• Take and process orders, maximizing sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Ensure accuracy by repeating orders to guests and sending orders to the kitchen via POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly, maintaining quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas.
• Manage your designated section and station responsibly.
• Set up and collect room service trays and trolleys efficiently.
• Follow training standards and suggest improvements to services and procedures.
• Attend training and team meetings for continuous development.
