The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty in Wales is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to oversee café service across our sites. This busy role focuses on front-of-house leadership, delivering great hospitality, and supporting a small team in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a zero-hour contract with flexible hours (0–37.5 per week), a fixed-term until 18 September 2027, and an hourly rate of £13.25.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to front-of-house team
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation

• Manage shifts and rota in line with business needs
