Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to join our café, tea-rooms and restaurants across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. You will welcome guests, provide great service and help maintain high standards in a busy, friendly environment.

Roles are zero-hour contracts with shifts that include weekends and Bank Holidays, typically 10am–5:30pm. Training and induction are provided to equip you for the role and its responsibilities.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
• Willingness to learn and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Front of house: greet and look after café visitors.
• Assist kitchen team with food preparation when needed.
• Maintain displays and signage to high standards.
