Hours: 30 hours per week, working 5 days, with shifts of 6 or 7.5 hours, including weekends and public/school holidays. The property is open from 9am to 5pm.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Duration: Permanent

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be based at Hardwick Hall, an Elizabethan house with rich furnishings and tapestries. The estate is open daily, featuring a shop with locally sourced gifts, a second-hand bookshop, and The Barn restaurant.

What you'll be doing
As a Team Leader, you'll support your team daily to ensure excellent service in a lively environment. Your focus will be front of house, interacting directly with visitors and serving food and drinks. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and adaptability are key.
You may assist with food prep and supervise training and induction of colleagues to foster a dedicated team.
We provide a tailored induction, training in allergens and food safety, and mentoring. Further professional development opportunities are available.
