We’re looking for a confident, guest-focused Food & Beverage Team Leader to help us deliver unforgettable dining experiences throughout the spa. Working alongside an energetic and supportive team, you’ll set the tone for excellence—ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and every team member feels inspired.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets to the highest service standards
• Motivate, coach, and guide team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Engage with guests, resolve issues efficiently, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor service delivery and implement innovative changes to enhance the guest experience
• Oversee rota planning and ensure staffing levels meet business demands
• Hold monthly team meetings to align objectives, review performance, and encourage collaboration
• Support the professional development of team members in line with company policies
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious workplace culture
