A leading NHS practice is seeking two Reception Team Leads to enhance operations across their four sites in Derby. The ideal candidates will coordinate reception duties, ensure high-quality customer service, and provide support to the reception team. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to compassionate patient care.
The practice is seeking to employ two Reception Team Leads who will work closely with the Patient Services Manager and reception team to ensure efficient and effective operation of all reception areas, providing quality service to patients and the PMP team. The role involves working on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with flexibility to cover other days for holidays, sickness, training, or meetings.
The practice is a large, busy, four-site training practice. The ideal candidate should be able to travel between sites, sometimes at short notice, to address issues as they arise.
