Job summary

Away Resorts Ltd at Appletree Country Park in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee our busy bar and restaurant across Six West and The Tipsy Eagle. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of F&B assistants to provide excellent service.
• Assist with rotas and staffing to ensure coverage.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and upsell.
• Seek opportunities to increase sales across venues.
• Work with kitchen to control stock, reduce waste, protect margins.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support training and development; lead team during peak periods.
• Work bank holidays and weekends.
