W London is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across room service, restaurant and bar outlets, delivering the luxury, personalized service Marriott is known for. You will develop the team, resolve guest concerns and ensure compliance with brand standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity in a luxury hotel or high-end venue, Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety certification and a Personal Licence or willingness to obtain one.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or senior waiter/bartender experience in a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety certification.
• Personal Licence holder or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience with Micros POS systems and operational controls.
• Knowledge of roster compliance and food safety requirements.
• Applicable right to work documentation in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent conflict resolution and guest service skills.

Position Summary

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with Micros POS systems and operational controls.
