The Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets; maintaining high standards of quality, and maximising guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations across all our F&B outlets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the F&B team, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee the setup and preparation of dining areas, ensuring they are clean, organised, and properly stocked with supplies.
- Monitor service standards to ensure efficient and attentive service delivery, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of menus, promotions, and special events to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs by minimising waste and implementing effective stock rotation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing laws at all times.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Kitchen, Housekeeping, Membership and Front Office, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all F&B areas.
- Ensure team members are working flexibly to meet business requirements, across all F&B areas, moving between outlets to cover business peaks or breaks.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of food and beverage staff, conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Hotel or Members’ Club setting.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service skills and cost control.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Personal Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
