Job summary

St Martins Lane Hotel in Covent Garden, a Morgans Originals property, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across bars, restaurants and in-room dining with a guest-first approach.

You’ll supervise, train, motivate the team, ensure luxury standards of presentation and hygiene, and collaborate with the F&B Manager to elevate menus and service moments while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
