Lighthouse Hotel Management is recruiting for the exciting role of Food & Beverage Supervisor at Voyagers Restaurant at The Halyard, Rope Walks Liverpool. Reporting to the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will assist in managing the smooth operation of the hotel restaurant, ensuring all brand standards are adhered to, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities of our Food & Beverage Supervisor:

• Maintain Food & Beverage standards according to company and brand guidelines
• Ensure adequate staffing levels based on business needs
• Serve guests efficiently with quality food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments
• Maximize revenue through sales techniques and control procedures
• Assist with departmental training and coaching
