Job summary

Meliá White House, London, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the F&B department, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

• Support the implementation of Food & Beverage promotions and initiatives.
• Coordinate staff training, ensuring rotas align with operational and training needs.
• Support team development, including assisting junior staff with learning and e-training.
• Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive working environment.
• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained across all areas.
• Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
