The Role
We are seeking a skilled F&B supervisor to oversee the food and beverage operations in our establishment!
Main responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of food production, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained
- Oversee food safety practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive dining experience for customers
- Supervise bar operations, including bartending services and beverage inventory management
- Implement cost control measures to achieve financial targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate competitive pricing
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards
- Supervise banqueting operations to ensure clients' needs are met for small meetings up to large-scale dinners
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, restaurant operations, or hotel F&B management
- Proficient in team management, supervising staff, and fostering a positive work environment
- Familiar with bartending practices and beverage service operations
