Job summary

Brocket Hall Estate is seeking experienced and professional Food & Beverage team members to join our hospitality team across the Clubhouse, private events and other areas. You will deliver a welcoming and consistent service to members, guests and event clients.

We value guests-first service, reliable and punctual team players, and a passion for premium hospitality. Training and development opportunities are available along with staff meals, parking and access to estate facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional table and drinks service.
• Take orders accurately and use EPOS systems.
• Set up and prepare restaurant, bar and event areas.
• Serve food and drinks to a high standard.
• Understand menus, allergens and dietary requirements.
• Communicate confidently with members and guests.
• Handle guest requests and resolve straightforward issues.
• Work efficiently during busy services and events.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
• Work as part of a wider hospitality team.

Brocket Hall is looking for experienced and professional Food & Beverage team members to join our hospitality team.

We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy providing good service, understand how a professional restaurant or hospitality operation should run, and want the development opportunities rather than purely casual work.

You will work across our Clubhouse, private events and other hospitality areas across the Brocket Hall estate, delivering a consistent and welcoming service to members, guests and event clients.

• Providing professional table and drinks service
