Brocket Hall is seeking dedicated Golf Operations Team Members to join our team at one of the UK’s premier golf estates. You will support day-to-day golf operations, welcome members and guests, and assist with retail, bookings and course operations to ensure a seamless golf journey.

Join to help deliver exceptional experiences on two championship courses, with opportunities to assist in events, academy programmes and daily maintenance coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to assist members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage tee-time reservations, member and visitor bookings, and general golf enquiries.
• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to members and guests and respond to requests promptly.
