Job summary

The Club Company, a premium collection of golf and country clubs across the UK, is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant. You will set up tables and event spaces, greet and serve guests, and help ensure memorable dining experiences for Members and guests.

Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will assist in bar, full-bar and Barista duties, maintain clean areas, upsell offerings, handle money procedures, and support front-of-house operations across opening hours, including

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable.
• Food safety certification and/or HACCP certification is desirable.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and event spaces, greet and serve guests, deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain well-stocked bar areas, upsell offerings, clear and clean tables.
• Assist in barista duties and other front-of-house tasks as needed.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage ( F&B ) Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by delivering outstanding service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for both Club Members and guests. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will help uphold our reputation for exceptional service and quality.

As a Food & Beverage ( F&B ) Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up tables and event spaces, greeting and serving guests, delivering food and drinks promptly, maintaining well-stocked bar areas, upselling offerings, clearing and cleaning tables, ensuring money handling procedures are followed, and flexibly assisting in various front-of-house areas, including full bar and Barista duties.

Experience & Skills Required:

Schedule:

• We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300


• Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays


• Evening availability for functions (until 0200)
