Job summary

Select Appointments is seeking aFood & Beverage Manager in Norwich to lead day-to-day F&B operations across hotel outlets, driving guest satisfaction and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and stock control to maintain high standards.

You will oversee rotas, training, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards while collaborating with Restaurant and Events teams to ensure seamless service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience as F&B manager in hotel or hospitality

• Experience managing budgets and stock control

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across all outlets
• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team through training and coaching
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and presentation standards
• Prepare rotas, forecasts and monitor staffing levels
• Manage stock, purchasing, storage and wastage to control costs
• Support budgeting and profitability analysis for the department
• Collaborate with Restaurant and Events Managers for smooth operations
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
