Mount Charles Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn. You will lead a small team, ensure high-quality food presentation, and uphold HACCP and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous food handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient and friendly service to customers as part of a team.
• Assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high standards.
• Comply with HACCP regulations and health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy environment and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Check deliveries and food temperatures; operate the till as required.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and work both in a team and independently.
