Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Food Service Assistant to join our team at Spirit Queens Island, Belfast. You will provide an efficient and friendly service to customers, assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high quality standards.

The role requires HACCP compliance and strict health and safety practices, maintaining a clean, hygienic environment, and working as part of a team or on your own.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and presentation to high quality standards.
• Knowledge of HACCP and health and safety standards.
• Ability to check deliveries and maintain hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly service to customers.
• Assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain hygienic environment and keep counters clean.
• Check deliveries and food temperatures and operate the till.
• Report safety issues to Line Manager.
• Work well in a team or independently.
