Job summary

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of Exclusive Collection, is one of the UK's leading luxury hotels and spas renowned for exceptional service and dining. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead multiple teams across our restaurants, bars, banqueting and spa dining, driving guest experiences, service standards and profitable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Our Food & Beverage Manager will:

• Provide inspirational leadership across all food and beverage operations, creating an environment where teams are motivated, engaged and perform at their best.
• Drive exceptional service standards across restaurants, bars, conference & banqueting spaces and spa dining operations.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and team members, building a strong pipeline of future talent.
• Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve commercial objectives.
• Oversee operational planning, labour management and department performance to maximise productivity and profitability.
• Ensure consistency, attention to detail and brand standards across all food and beverage outlets.
• Foster a culture of genuine hospitality, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Champion Pennyhill Park's sustainability commitments and B Corp values by reducing waste, supporting responsible sourcing, driving ethical business practices and embedding environmentally conscious decision-making throughout the food and beverage operation.
• Monitor and analyse departmental performance, driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety, food safety and company standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and commercial performance.

Person Specification

You'll be an accomplished Food & Beverage leader with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-outlet operations within luxury hospitality environments.

You'll bring:

• Significant Food & Beverage management experience within luxury hotels, resorts or premium hospitality venues.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour costs, revenue targets and departmental profitability.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching and people development skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and influence colleagues at all levels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across hotel operations.
• Excellent operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, banqueting and events environments.
• A hands-on approach, combined with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• An appreciation for sustainable hospitality and responsible business practices, with a desire to support the values of a certified B Corp organisation.
• An unwavering commitment to quality, consistency and service excellence in every aspect of the guest journey.
