About the Opportunity

The Food & Beverage Duty Manager (F&B Duty Manager) is responsible and accountable for managing effectively both restaurants, conference and events operations, in-room dining, lounge, and bars. This includes day-to-day function of all the outlets, conference, and events and leadership to ensure a high level of service to patrons is maintained as well as guide the future direction of the business to generate increased opportunities for the outlet.

We are looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager is ideal
  • Industry knowledge of wines and beverages
  • Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
  • Conference and Events background is desired
  • A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • Full working rights in Australia
