Metropolitan Gaming is seeking a friendly F&B Attendant to help create exceptional guest experiences across our venues in the UK. You will be the face of service, delivering food and drinks with expert knowledge and engaging guests with warmth and professionalism.

Flexibility is essential, including nights, evenings, weekends and shifts within a 24/7 trading week. You must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, where every shift brings

What We Are Looking For

As a F&B Attendant at Metropolitan Gaming, you will set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Food and Beverage Team. F&B Attendant's are flexible to our customers' needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.

Main Responsibilities

• Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
• Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods
• Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and with expert knowledge, maintaining the highest standards
• Engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience

Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK

This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.

F&B Attendants will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
