Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Host in Northampton to welcome guests with warmth and energy, helping to create a vibrant hospitality experience across our casino venues. You will be at the heart of delivering attentive service and ensuring guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.

You will be hands-on, from greeting guests and assisting drinks and food service to keeping a clean and inviting environment while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a bonus but not essential.
• Customer-focused with a welcoming and energetic demeanor.
• Able to work nights and weekends in a 24/7 casino environment.
