Job summary

Hillier Garden Centre Horsham is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Garden Centre Assistant (Food & Beverage) to join our team. You will work in the restaurant, serving food and drinks and maintaining high standards of customer service.

This permanent role offers 16 hours per week on a rota, with some weekend work and extra hours during peak periods. The hourly pay is up to £12.71, paid in line with the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements.

Qualifications

• Positive and friendly attitude required for front-facing role.
• Team player who thrives in a busy environment.
• Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business.
• Experience in hospitality, catering, retail or customer service is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Hillier Garden Centre atHorshamis looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Garden Centre Assistant (Food & Beverage) to join our team.

Working within our restaurant, you'll help create a welcoming experience for customers by serving food and drinks, preparing hot beverages and maintaining high standards of customer service.

This is a permanent role with guaranteed 16hours per week, worked on a rota basis, including some weekend working. Additional hours are regularly available during peak trading periods, so we are looking for candidates who can offer flexibility to increase their working hours when required.

Hourly rate of pay up to £12.71 per hour. Actual pay will be determined in line with National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements.

What you'll be doing
