The National Trust is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to lead and develop the team, ensuring top service across all outlets. You will manage budgets, drive sales, and uphold food safety standards for visitors. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to customer experience.
You’ll be supporting recruitment, training, and mentoring while ensuring compliance with National Trust policies and health and safety regulations.
Competenze
- Outstanding customer service in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership with ability to set objectives and give feedback.
- Experience with budgeting to increase income and control costs.
- People person with friendly attitude and great communication.
- Awareness of health and safety compliance.
Mansioni
- Assist in managing the operation, maintaining high standards across outlets.
- Help recruit and train new staff and develop the team.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and National Trust policies.
- Set and achieve financial targets to increase income and profits.
