Job summary

Hillier Nurseries Ltd in Lechlade is seeking a friendly Garden Centre Assistant (Food & Beverage) to join the team and help provide a welcoming experience by serving food and drinks, and preparing hot beverages.

This permanent role is full-time (37.5 hours per week, averaged over a two-week rota) with some weekend work; it offers sociable daytime hours, staff discounts, training and family-friendly benefits, and on-site parking.

Job description

Hillier Garden Centre at Lechlade is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Garden Centre Assistant (Food & Beverage) to join our team.

Working within our Restaurant, you'll help create a welcoming experience for customers by serving food and drinks, preparing hot beverages and maintaining high standards of customer service.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, averaged over a two-week rota pattern, and will include some weekend working. Hourly rate of pay up to £12.71 per hour. Actual pay will be determined in line with National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements.
