About the role…

You will undertake all tasks required to ensure the restaurant is prepared for service and serve customers in accordance with hotel standards, maintaining good customer relations at all times. You will ensure general tidiness and cleanliness of the food and beverage areas. Bar work may also be required.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, professional, flexible, passionate, and display a courteous attitude to our guests. You will also be of a smart, professional appearance, have experience in customer care, and will make guest satisfaction a priority. Punctuality and flexibility are essential to meet the needs of the business, and you should be an effective team player.

The successful candidate will be motivated, attentive to detail, and take pride in their work. A 'can-do' attitude is important, and it would be desirable (but not essential) to have experience in a similar role. Personality and a hands-on approach are key for this role.
